WEIGHT TRAINING ZONE THEORY

Exercises for body building, shaping, toning, etc can be broken down into several basic "target" training zones. Each of these zones require a particular exercise or training angle to maximize growth. The following is a very basic model. Take a look at the drawing at the bottom of this page. The zones outlined in red are designated as the back side of the body.
